TVRU doesn’t begin when you’ve been here for a year — it starts on day one. Our new hire onboarding experience is delivered directly through TVRU, including our Brand & Culture orientation and Mission & Vision sessions. From your very first new hire class, you’re already learning what it means to be part of the Thomasville team.

Through Thomasville Restoration University, team members have access to IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) classes — the gold standard for professional certification in the restoration industry. - "Get Up and Move" Challenge — a month-long company-wide movement initiative to encourage activity and healthy habits
- Weekly On-Site Massage Therapy — a licensed massage therapist visits our office weekly; team members can sign up for complimentary sessions
- Vision Board Creation Class — held at the start of the year to help team members set personal and professional intentions
- Guest Speaker Series — industry and life professionals covering topics such as honing focus, reducing stress, and maximizing each day

Life Coaching with Lori Lockemy
Thomasville Restoration is proud to offer access to one-on-one and group life coaching services through Thomasville Restoration University, led by our own Lori Lockemy, Executive Life Coach. Lori works with team members on personal goal-setting, overcoming challenges, improving focus, strengthening relationships, and creating a vision for the life they want to live. Sessions are available to all Thomasville team members as part of the Thomasville Restoration University program.
